Michael Kellogg, 29, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

Police arrested Michael James Kellog, 29, on May 29 on suspicion of indecent exposure, according to Westminster police. He is scheduled to appear in Jefferson County District Court at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

The victim told police that she yelled to two other runners in the area and called police, after which the suspect fled. Officers identified Kellogg through camera footage on the trail.

Police initially did not release Kellogg’s name because they were waiting to find out about potential additional victims and to hold photo lineups.

They said they would release his name when they felt they had identified any additional victims.
